2026 End-of-Year Exhibition Application

ELIGIBILITY 

You are eligible to enter the exhibit in Student Works: From the 2025-2026 Academic Year (on view in the 2nd Floor Hamilton Galleries from May 8th - June 14, 2026) if you are a Continuing Education student enrolled in CE Adult Classes in the Summer 2025 - Spring 2026 semesters; or a Foundations, Studio Residency, Advanced Studio Residency student. 

Artwork must have been created either while in the program for which you were enrolled, or afterward, directly referencing the class and demonstrating the skills you gained. Students enrolled in a course with a start date later than the artwork submission dates are not eligible to enter this year’s exhibition.  Students enrolled in courses and workshops occurring after April 2026 would be eligible to enter the 2027 CE student exhibition.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

Continuing Education Students are invited to submit 1 - 10 images for consideration. 

Please complete this online submission form that will prompt you for the following: 

A. Artist Information

B. 1 - 10 images of artwork compiled into a single PDF document.  Please make sure your PDF includes your name.  Please label your PDF file as such: Last Name_First name_CE2026 (example: Smith_John_CE2026)

• Under each artwork image, please include the corresponding artwork information:
  • title
  • medium
  • dimensions
  • year made
  • price (or "NFS" for "Not for Sale"; all artwork sales will be processed through the Musuem Store with a 70/30 commission (70% of sales going directly to the artist)
  • any notes about special handling or installation (optional)

How to compile images in a PDF?

1. Makes sure you have  1 - 10 artwork images as JPG files saved/downloaded to your computer.
2. Open up a Word document.  
3. Click "Insert" at the top left of the tools tab.  
4. In the window that comes up, locate your artwork file.  Click the file, and then click "Insert" in the window.
5. Type the artwork information under the image.
6. Repeat these steps for each artwork submission.
7. When finished inserting images and adding artwork information, click "File" in the top left corner.  Click "Save As". 
8. In the "Save As" window, in the "File Name" box, type "Your Last Name_First Name_CE2026".  In the "Save As Type" box, click the drop down arrow and select "PDF" from the file type options. 
9. Then click "Save".  
10. Your PDF of images is now ready to submit into this online form.  

The deadline to submit is Sunday, April 5th at midnight.
