Poised Perfections Dance Company Tryout Criteria.

A mandatory $65 non-refundable tryout registration fee is required for all dancers and must be paid prior to tryouts in order to participate. No dancer will be permitted to attend or audition without completed payment. This fee covers administrative costs associated with hosting tryouts, including facility use, instruction, and evaluation materials. Each registered dancer will also receive an official Poised Perfections Dance Company T-shirt to be worn during the audition process.

Payments can be submitted via Cash App or Venmo.

Dancers must be present for both learning days in order to be eligible to audition on the final day.

Learning the Material:
April 14th & April 15th
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Audition Day:
April 17th
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Attire:
Dancers should wear comfortable athletic wear suitable for movement (no jeans).

What to Bring:
Dancers are encouraged to bring a bottle of water or sports drink each day of tryouts. Please no soda, juice, or unhealthy snacks.

Additional Expectations:

Phones will not be permitted during tryouts.
Tryouts will be closed to parents and spectators to ensure a focused and professional evaluation environment.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in dance and physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or physical strain. I certify that I (or my child) am in good physical health and able to participate in dance-related activities.

I understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation in any classes, rehearsals, tryouts, performances, or related activities conducted by Poised Perfections Dance Company LLC.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Poised Perfections Dance Company LLC, its owners, staff, instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation.

I agree to disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, injuries, or disabilities that may affect participation. I understand that failure to do so may increase risk and release the organization from responsibility related to undisclosed conditions.

I acknowledge that Poised Perfections Dance Company LLC is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen during participation.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver. I also understand that this agreement is binding and applies to all participation in current and future activities with Poised Perfections Dance Company LLC.
