GLOW IN THE DARK PSYCHIC FAIR: FAIRYTALE

Announcing some changes and guidelines for those who are new to us!
1) We are going to host a two-day (or two evening) event - Friday, June 26, 2026 (6-10p) and Saturday, June 27, 2026 (4-10p).
2) We will have a food truck again and are working on retaining bar services. More information TBA.
3) To keep the fairytale glow consistent throughout the space, overhead lighting will be limited in most vendor areas.
For those who prefer a more brightly lit setup, Spaces 4–5, Space 13, and the Main Room are best suited for additional lighting.
We invite you to bring book lights, small lamps, or other gentle lighting to create a space that feels both magical and welcoming.
4) We are going to ask that we only have tents in the Center Room and the Main Room. We found out it's a little tight in the hallway to accommodate tents.
5) GET PROMOTED: We are going to begin building a new event page on FB and our website ASAP. We want to do a little more to include those of you who want to be promoted in ads where we can and make sure we have a robust advertising budget! We will great a personalized email and Facebook/Instagram post for you that is yours to share as well! As always, we appreciate your support in helping to spread the word too as that always makes a big difference!
6) PRE-SALE IS OPEN NOW - REFER YOUR CLIENTS & CUSTOMERS
7) Friday 6/26 set up will start at 4pm. Saturday 6/27 set up will start at 2pm.
8) If you sign up for both days, you do not need to break-down overnight. We will lock the venue overnight.
9) We cannot promise to honor specific table space requests at this time because we want to make sure that we can fit everyone comfortably and safely.
10) Please plan on bringing your own table and chairs. We have a limited supply of tables and chairs (and they are mostly discarded office furniture pieces). The private rooms do usually have a desk and at least one office-style chair, and the tiled-floor rooms have counter tops.
11) All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds unless we cancel the event--rain, shine, power-outage, road blocks, twists of fate, acts of God will not allow us to issue refunds--the show must go on! (Those who know! <3 )
We are starting by releasing spots only for BOTH days. We may be able to open up single-date spots at a future date, but we encourage you not to wait!
