IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment Terms: Standard terms are Net 10 days from the invoice date. Credit Cards will have a fee of 4% added to the invoice.
2. Late Fees: A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to all past-due balances.
3. Collection Costs: Applicant agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, should a default occur.
4. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
5. Credit Investigation: By signing below, the Applicant authorizes PeopleCheckUS to investigate the credit references listed and to pull commercial or personal credit reports.
6. Data Privacy (2026 Compliance): Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the processing of this data for credit evaluation purposes.
