Rules and Expectations:
The Pool Pavilion is available for reservation by residents of Hamilton Crossing Estates only. To ensure the space remains clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents, the following rules and expectations apply to all reservations.
Eligibility
- The pavilion may only be reserved by current homeowners or residents in good standing with the HOA.
- The resident making the reservation must be present for the entire event and is responsible for their guests and the condition of the pavilion.
Reservation Process
- Pavilion reservations must be submitted through the HOA reservation form.
- Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reservation approval is not confirmed until the required rental fee (if applicable) has been received.
Rental Time
- Pavilion reservations are limited to 2 hours per reservation.
- Events must take place during pool operating hours unless special permission is granted by the HOA.
Guest Responsibility
- The reserving resident is responsible for all guests attending the event.
- All guests must follow community pool rules.
- Guests must be accompanied by the resident host while using the pool facilities.
Pavilion and Pool Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment:
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool or pavilion area.
- No loud music, DJs, or amplified sound that disrupts residents.
- No illegal substances or underage alcohol consumption.
- Decorations are permitted but must not damage the pavilion (no nails, screws, or tape that leaves residue).
- Do not move HOA furniture outside the pavilion area.
Cleanup Requirements
The pavilion must be returned to the same condition it was found.
The reserving resident is responsible for:
- Removing all trash, decorations, and personal items
- Placing trash in designated receptacles
- Returning furniture to its original arrangement
Damages
The reserving resident assumes responsibility for any damages to the pavilion, pool area, furniture, or facilities caused by themselves or their guests.
The HOA may assess repair or replacement costs if damages occur.
Capacity
Pavilion events must remain within a reasonable capacity as determined by the HOA. Each pavilion has a max capacity of 20 guests.
Rule Violations
Failure to follow these rules may result in:
- Immediate termination of the reservation
- Loss of rental privileges or pool access
- Additional fines as permitted by HOA governing documents
Agreement
By reserving the Pool Pavilion, the resident agrees to follow all HOA rules, pavilion guidelines, and pool regulations and accepts responsibility for the conduct of their guests.
