Any job offer will be conditional on the satisfactory completion of the necessary pre-employment checks. All roles at SupaJam require DBS clearance and appropriate references and recruitment checks prior to joining.
We will not ask for any criminal records information until we have received the results of a DBS check. Any convictions listed on a DBS check will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025 and safer recruitment practices, the College will conduct an online search for all shortlisted candidates.
The online search is part of our safeguarding checks and will seek publicly available information on candidates’ suitability to work with children and young people.
