Nature Vibezzz is Charity committed to providing quality outdoor education, community oriented activities and environmental projects to benefit the local population and its natural environment alike.
Nature Vibezzz takes pride in regularly involving its neighbours from all backgrounds and ages, helping them to develop their skills and quality of life.
However, problems may arise from time to time and Nature Vibezzz hereby outlines the steps for the public to be able to bring it to our attention so we can address it in the best of our knowledge.
1. Nature Vibezzz takes any complaints or suggestions very seriously and is committed to reply within 3 working days acknowledging it, in person, by email or in a phone call.
2. First point of contact can be in person, where the problem can be communicated, or by filling up a complaint form (fields at the end of this form).
3. Either in person or by filling this form the first point of contact staff will be in charge of investigating the complaint and report it to next in line of management.
4. After reporting, the staff serving as first point of contact will be in charge of finding a solution to the problem, given this falls in their roles and responsibility within the organisation or will work along staff that is next in line of management.
5. Nature Vibezzz priority is to do the best to solve the problem or redirect the complaining person to the appropriate agency/institution that will be able to solve or alleviate the problem.
6. Nature Vibezzz aims to do the above within 10 working days.
