2026 - Cat Appointment Form

Our process for scheduling appointments has changed in order to allow more flexibility on scheduling multiple cats at once, and to enable integration with the database system we use for adoptions and now for surgery appointments.

You can schedule up to five cats per appointment date (based on availability as shown on each date below). You'll be prompted to enter the cat name and the services you'd like them to receive. If you are scheduling for TNR and don't have a name, you can choose a number or other descriptor.

The form below is an appointment request. Once received, we will review and then send an email with a link to make payment for the services you've selected. Pre-payment is required in order to confirm your appointment(s).

Information about drop off location and time will be provided in your confirmation email.
