A mat Pilates and intensive deep stretch series focused on the intersection of recovery and refinement. My dance career has showed me the power of the stage, WITHIN is all about the power of the preparation - join me in building the foundation of a new movement ritual!
Highlighting the benefits of movement more prominently within the BIPOC and "non-dancer" demographic, over the course of four weeks with different themed classes, WITHIN's mission is to help make Pilates less intimidating and more ACCESSIBLE.
Whether you are a seasoned mover, just starting your journey or looking for a curated somatic experience to add to your routine, there's always a spot for you here!

All classes are capped at 10 participants to ensure a personalized, full immersion experience.
