Available Programs

VEX IQ Skills
IQ Skills is open to students currently in grades 3 and 4 and introduces the fundamentals of engineering, coding, and problem-solving through hands-on robotics challenges and competitions using VEX IQ parts. VEX IQ features easy to use snap together pices.

VEX V5 Skills
V5 Skills is open to students currently in grades 5 through 12 and introduces the fundamentals of engineering, coding, and problem-solving through hands-on robotics challenges and competitions using VEX V5 parts. VEX V5 parts offeres students the opportunity to become true Engineers as they learn how to use tools to screw together metal pieces to form the structure of a robot.

Schedule
Spring Skills Sessions will follow an open-format structure. The Fibonacci Center will be open Monday through Thursday from 4:00–8:00 PM. STEMologists may attend on any day or combination of days that works best for their schedule. Students should plan to work for a minimum of one hour each day they attend.

There is a $50 registration fee for new students.

To participate, all STEMologists will need access to a Google/Gmail account in order to join and use our Google Classroom.
