Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC will be giving away three (3) roof replacements, each covering up to twenty-five (25) roofing squares (2,500 square feet of roof surface area).
Eligibility
Entrants must be legal residents of Louisiana or Mississippi and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The entrant must be the legal owner of the property where the roof replacement will be performed.
The property must be located within Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC’s normal service area.
Employees of Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Only one (1) entry per residential property address will be accepted. Any duplicate entries associated with the same address, regardless of the name used, may be disqualified.
Prize Description
Each winner will receive a roof replacement of up to 25 squares of standard asphalt shingle roofing on a gable or hip roof with a pitch of 8/12 or less.
Additional Roof Size or Complexity
If the roof exceeds 25 squares or requires additional work beyond the standard roof replacement described above, the following pricing will apply:
$550 per square for additional roofing on standard gable or hip roofs with pitch under 8/12.
Roofs with pitch greater than 8/12, two-story structures, flat sections (under 4/12 pitch), or other difficult roof configurations may result in pricing between $575 and $650 per square, depending on job complexity.
Example: A 50-square roof meeting standard conditions would receive 25 squares free, effectively resulting in approximately half-price roofing for the remaining area.
Work Included
The prize includes:
Removal of existing shingles
Installation of new roofing materials
Standard underlayment and flashing as required for typical roof replacement
Items Not Included
The following items are not included in the giveaway but may be quoted separately if required:
Structural repairs
Roof decking replacement beyond normal expectations
Specialty roofing systems (metal, tile, slate, etc.)
Code upgrades not normally required for standard roof replacement
Permit fees (if applicable)
Ventilation upgrades or additional accessories
Interior repairs or water damage restoration
Property Suitability
If the selected property:
Is structurally unsuitable for roofing work
Has unsafe structural conditions
Requires extensive structural repair before roofing can begin
Is inaccessible for equipment or installation
Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC reserves the right to decline the project and select an alternate winner.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through a random drawing beginning April 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Home & Garden Show.
Notification and Acceptance
Selected winners will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize Conditions
Prize is not transferable and has no cash value.
Roofing work must be scheduled within six (6) months of acceptance of the prize.
All work will be performed under a standard construction contract with Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Gulf Coast Contractors LA LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control that would compromise the fairness or feasibility of the promotion.
