The Rochester Juneteenth Festival celebrates the emancipation of African-American slaves and honors the triumph of the human spirit. Our two-day celebration includes:
- Elders Circle Ceremony
- Honoring our Past ceremony
- History of Juneteenth
- Juneteenth Parade and Festival
- Arts & Crafts, and Educational exhibitions at The Strong National Museum
- Live entertainment featuring local and national artists
- 50-60 vendors and community organizations
- Family-friendly activities
- Health and wellness activities
