    The Rochester Juneteenth Festival celebrates the emancipation of African-American slaves and honors the triumph of the human spirit. Our two-day celebration includes:

    Parade Fees: Business/Organization: $250 or Community Group/Non-Profit: $150 All Vehicles/Floats Additional $100
  • Vendor Participation

    Vendor fees vary depending on vendor type
  • Vendor’s Requirements/Expectations:

    • Provide all necessary items including tablecloth/cover to set up their booth/table.
    • Shall not remove their booth/sales table before the end of the event unless discussed ahead of time.
    • Must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
    • Expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.

    **ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL, OR DANGEROUS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

    You will be contacted by the Festival Coordinator, to inform you if you were selected as a participant. Please confirm that you have read the vendor requirements and expectations, and confirm that you understand the Merchant and/or Food or Vendor fee is $400/$500 and is due within 7 days of notification that you have been selected.

    **Insurance Requirements: 
    All Food vendors must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability coverage naming the Greater Rochester Martin Luther King Jr. Commission as additional insured.
