  • Payment & Deposit Terms

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, regardless of the package selected. The remaining balance will be based on your selected package and is due on the event before set up.


    A refundable security deposit is also required based on package. This will be returned within 48–72 hours after the event if all equipment is returned clean and without damage.


    Any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.


    Final pricing will be confirmed based on selected package, add-ons, and event details.
