Payment & Deposit Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, regardless of the package selected. Once your event date and time have been confirmed, the deposit must be received within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the date and time will not be held and will remain available for other bookings. Pricing is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. The remaining balance must be paid in full before setup can begin.
A refundable security deposit is also required based on the package selected. The security deposit will be returned within 48–72 hours following the event, provided all equipment is returned clean, undamaged, and with no missing items. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items may be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the security deposit amount.
