Through the work of the Global Leadership Exchange, the World Affairs Council hosts international visitors from all around the world.

On March 23rd, we are delighted to host a special event with two of our visiting groups across 24 countries on 4 continents. These visitors are visiting Seattle to engage with local counterparts on best practices in advancing an open internet while maintaining cybersecurity, tools and best practices in detecting cybersecurity weaknesses, the effect of digital platforms on business and innovation and how they transform transactions, facilitate global reach, and foster collaboration, and how adopting new technologies can energize and advance startups, existing businesses, and communities.

Join the World Affairs Council on March 23rd at 5:30 pm for a chance to meet these leading international professionals working to better the world. This is a public program and an informal networking opportunity. Everyone with an interest in making local-to-global ties is welcome, whether you're a student, a professional in one of these fields, or just curious!

This is a free, informal event, but we ask that you register ahead of time so that we know you're coming. Refreshments will be available.
