2026 Winter School Registration

Please complete this application form to register for the NZSD 2026 Winter School.

Each person attending Winter School must complete a separate application (including siblings*).

Teachers wishing to observe must complete the Teacher Observation Application.

Applications close Friday, 22 May 2026, although courses may be full prior to this date.

We will aim to confirm enrolment by no later than Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

* Family Applications: If two or more applicants from the same immediate family are enrolling for the full course at Winter School only one registration fee is required.

The School accepts the registration date and time of the first applicant in the family. Subsequent siblings, whilst on separate application forms, will be registered as above, providing enrolment is completed consecutively (i.e. you register your children immediately one after the other).

Terms & Conditions
REFUND POLICY

NZSD is unable to offer refunds for an event once an application has been received, except in the following circumstances:
- Should NZSD cancel an event due to government restrictions, public health or other reasons, all fees paid by attendees (less the registration fee) will be fully refunded by the School.
- Should the event be partially cancelled, a partial or pro-rata refund of fees (less the registration fee) will be made based on the days that the event is unable to proceed.
- Should an applicant withdraw for medical reasons (illness or injury) at least 14 days prior to the course commencement (Sunday 21 June 2026), NZSD will consider an 80% refund of the fees (less the registration fee) on receipt of a medical certificate.
- If the applicant withdraws for medical reasons between 13 - 7 days prior to the course commencement (Monday 22 June - Sunday 28 June 2026), NZSD will consider a 40% refund of the fees (less the registration fee) on receipt of a medical certificate.
- Withdrawals received less than seven days prior to the course commencement (Monday 29 June 2026 onwards).
- Should a class is oversubscribed and a place cannot be made available, NZSD will refund all fees paid, including the registration fee.
WAIVER STATEMENT

Dance training and the athletic exercises associated with it place unusual stress on the body and carry the risk of physical injury. NZSD will not be liable in any way for injury sustained through participation in classes or related activities. Dance training involves physical ‘hands on’ adjustment of the student’s body by the tutor.

Unless notified to the contrary, it is understood that the parent/guardian grants permission for the management, faculty or staff of NZSD to authorise any emergency medical care deemed necessary whilst on site.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED

In the interests of the health and safety of all Winter School participants, NZSD reserves the right to ask any attendee who appears unwell to absent themselves from the classes until their good health is fully restored.

PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING, AND RECORDING
- NZSD may photograph, film, or record events for archival, promotional, or educational purposes.
- By attending our events, NZSD is granted permission to capture image and voice in photos, videos, or recordings and to use these materials in any and all media for promotional, archival, or educational purposes.
- All official imagery will be respectful and appropriate.
- NZSD photographers will be clearly identified at events.
- Those who do not wish to be photographed or recorded, must notify NZSD either by email or in person at registration on arrival. NZSD will make reasonable efforts to exclude those who have opted out from identifiable images.
- Photography by attendees during courses is not permitted.
- Photography is permitted outside of the course timetable. Before taking photos that prominently feature other attendees, please obtain their verbal consent. Sharing photos on social media should follow the same principles of consent and respect.
- When sharing content from our events on social media, we encourage tagging in NZSD.
