Our property is a working ranch and animal sanctuary. By entering the property and participating in a tour or animal interaction, visitors acknowledge and accept the following:
1. Animals are unpredictable by nature. Some animals, including our emus, are very curious and may use their beaks to explore objects, clothing, jewelry, phones, or hands.
2. The ranch terrain is natural and uneven. The property contains dirt paths, holes, rocks, and unstable ground surfaces that may present tripping or falling hazards.
3. Visitors agree to follow all safety instructions provided by ranch staff. Running, screaming, or sudden movements are not permitted. Calm voices and slow movements help keep both visitors and animals safe.
4. Visitors understand that interacting with animals and walking on ranch property involves inherent risks.
5. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage that may occur while visiting Chick-Ranch, whether caused by animals, terrain conditions, or other natural ranch activities.
6. I agree to follow all instructions provided by Chick-Ranch staff or volunteers and understand that failure to follow safety directions may result in removal from the property.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily visiting Chick-Ranch and assume all risks associated with being on the property and interacting with animals. I agree to release and hold harmless Chick-Ranch, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my visit. I certify that I will supervise any children in my care at all times and ensure they follow all ranch safety rules.
Photo and Video Consent:
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during visits at Chick-Ranch. By signing this form, I grant permission for Chick-Ranch to use photos or video that may include me or members of my party for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. Guests are encouraged to take and share their own photos. If you post about your visit, we would love for you to tag Chick-Ranch and help support the animals by leaving a public review on Google.
