  • Below is a map of the indoor vendor area. Please note that this diagram is not completely to scale and does not reflect the current availability of each booth space. 

    There are two booth sizes available: 8’x8’ and 8’x10’.

    This form is to join the vendor waitlist. Submitting your information allows us to better understand your booth preferences and space needs should availability open up.

    If space becomes available, vendors will be contacted and given the opportunity to select a booth location based on availability at that time.

    Booth pricing (for reference):
    8’x8’ – $550
    8’x10’ – $600

    Booth selection and payment details will only be provided to vendors who are contacted and confirmed from the waitlist.

  • VENDOR HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 

    Each participating organization shall hold harmless and indemnify the Makanaaloha Group, the George Na‘ope Hula Festival, its Board, Officers and volunteers from every liability, claim or demand, which liability, claim or demand may be made by reason of:

    A. Any injury to person or property, sustained by any person, firm or corporation caused by any act, neglect, default, or omission of the participating organization or any person, firm, or corporation directly or indirectly engaged by it upon or in connection with the event, whether the injury or damage occurs at the George Na‘ope Hula Festival, venue, and/or anywhere on the gorunds/boudaries of the host hotel.

    B. The furnishing or use of any copyrighted or un-copyrighted composition, secret process, patented or un-patented invention, article, or appliance during the event. The participating organization at its own cost, expense and risk, shall defend all legal proceedings that maybe brought against the Committee, its Board, Officers and volunteers on any such liability, claim or demand, and satisfy any resulting judgment that may be rendered against any of them whether or not the liability, claim or demand was actually or allegedly caused wholly or in part through the negligence or other implying conduct of any of them.

    The participating organization agrees to allow the Makanaaloha Group, the George Na‘ope Hula Festival use their image(s) or likeness for advertising purposes and allows the Makanaaloha Group and the George Na‘ope Hula Festival to videotape and/or photograph their performance or presence at the event for their archives and use within the Makanaaloha Group and the George Na‘ope Hula Festival videotape and website.

    BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING AND DATING BELOW, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OUTLINED ABOVE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS WILL APPLY IF I AM SELECTED AND CONFIRMED AS A VENDOR.
