  • What is a Spring Retreat?

    This retreat is designed to be a self-led time of rest, recreation, and prayer. You will have heated, overnight accommodation with a bathroom, access to the exterior grounds (walking trails, seasonal activities like horseshoes, 9 Square or basketball or volleyball, etc. as weather allows), and an evening fire built by our staff. The Lodge is communally open for you to enjoy sitting inside, access to the fridge and stove, and fellowship. We have a number of board games and activities in this space. Additional spaces such as the dining hall, tabernacle, and canteen are not open at this time.

  • Accommodations:

    Duplex & Family Unit Cabins. A duplex has one double bed. A family cabin has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The front room of the family cabin has a futon or couch that can be converted to a sleeping space. 

                  

  • The cost for the Spring Retreat is $50 for one night, or $75 for two nights per person aged 18 and over. Those under 18 who are staying with an adult are $25 for one night and $40 for two nights.

    There is an additional $100 pet deposit: $75 is refundable pending full cleaning and no damage to the cabins at the end of your stay.

  • Retreat Guidelines and Waiver

    1.       Any and all activities on the grounds can not contravene the camp's Purpose and Statement of Faith (located on the “about us” section of our website).  

    2.       TCMA reserves the right to require any person(s) who, in the sole opinion of TCMA, are creating a disturbance or who are otherwise disrupting activities, other guests, or not complying with camp policies, to vacate the premises immediately without refund.

    3.       Trossachs Camp Meeting Association takes every precaution to ensure the safety and the good health of all User Groups. Registrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TCMA and it’s past, present and future members, directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors and its and their successors, assigns and heirs from and against any harm (illness, accident, or misfortune) and/or claim of damages made by any third party arising out of or in any way connected with the registrant’s actions and/or failures to act in respect of its use of the facilities or any other portion of Trossachs Gospel Camp.

    4.       Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around all buildings. While not desirable, the designated smoking area is located in the main parking lot or at the entrance to the dump road. Trossachs Gospel Camp isa non-licensed facility and as such alcohol is not permitted on the property. Non-prescription drugs are also prohibited on the property.  

    5.       Trossachs Camp Meeting Association prohibits hunting, fireworks, firearms, ammunition, and explosives at the camp. Bows & arrows and bb guns are permitted, but they must be locked up against misuse and only used with a properly trained instructor. The use of gasoline, flammables, poisonous substances, and hand and power tools are restricted. Prior authorization for use of such items must be obtained from the Executive Director. Open fires are permitted only in the fire pit, with proper safety precautions and supervision. 

    6.       Pets are permitted at the camp; however, pets are to be kept on a leash. Pet owners are responsible to clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage the pets may cause.

    7.       Trossachs Camp Meeting Association is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen items.

    8.       Registrants are expected to leave the spaces they have used the way they found them: cleaning up bathrooms and cabins, emptying garbage, and cleaning up any other areas they utilize during their stay.
