Cultural Expo Vendor Agreement
By registering as a vendor for the Cultural Expo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Location: Estate Farms - 6240 Excelsior Rd, Sacramento, CA 95829
Date: 08/16/26
Time: 11am-7pm
Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you have to cancel you will get full credit for a future show.
Set up booth and display materials in designated area.
Provide a variety of merchandise, and related items for sale or trade.
Maintain a professional and engaging presence at all times.
Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Follow all event rules and regulations set forth by the organizers.
Keep the booth tidy and organized throughout the event.
Be present for the duration of the show during designated hours.
Handle all transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
Comply with all sales tax requirements and regulations. https://onlineservices.cdtfa.ca.gov/_/
Adhere to any additional agreements or guidelines specified by the event organizers.
Only vendors with booths are allowed to sell, and each booth includes 2 passes.
Additional persons must pay the admissions fee.
Booth must be supervised at all times.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All items being sold must be legally permissible.
Smoking is prohibited inside show buildings.
No alcohol or explicit content permitted at our show under any circumstances.
All vendors and participants must comply with this policy.
Failure to do so will results in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
The Cultural Expo and its affiliates are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Vendors assume full responsibility for any issues arising from vending at the event. Vendors and enter events at their own risk and release the show from any claims. Vendors are accountable for any incidents involving their products or services. Please purchase your own insurance if needed. After the show, vendors must clean up their booth area and remove all belongings with you.
Food Vendors: By signing up for this event, I confirm that my business is legally permitted to prepare and sell food to the public. I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain and maintain all required licenses, permits, and certifications required by local and state health authorities.
