About Us

Toasted Bean Coffee was founded by sisters Kyra and Laikyn, driven by a shared passion for quality, connection, and—of course—great coffee. We believe we’re crafting more than drinks; we’re creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits our truck or steps up to our counter.

Our menu features specialty espresso beverages, delicious matcha, refreshing energy drinks and more. At our new Tempe location, we’ll also offer beer, wine, and light bites. Sustainability matters to us, so we proudly use compostable cups, lids, and straws to help reduce our environmental impact.

Available Positions

We currently have two exciting opportunities to join the Toasted Bean team:

1. New Tempe Location Team Member (Elliot & I10)

Shifts available: Tuesday - Sunday, 8 AM–12 PM and 5 PM–9 PM
This location will serve our full menu + beer, wine, smoothies, and a variety of light food items. You will be taking and serving orders at the bar + offering great customer service!

2. Coffee Truck Team Member

Primarily morning events (especially during warmer months)
Focused in Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix, with occasional events throughout the Phoenix metro area. You will be taking and serving orders at the window + offering great customer service!

Ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, on-the-go changing work environment

High potential for growth and management roles for the right fit!

Duties & Responsibilities

Create warm, positive customer interactions that build strong brand loyalty

Craft and serve high quality coffee, matcha & all other beverages

(Tempe location only) Assist with beer, wine, and light food preparation

Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently

Stay organized and maintain composure during high-volume periods

Support a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace

Qualifications

Barista and/or bartending experience is a plus

Previous in-person customer service experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Comfortable standing and moving on your feet for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

Reliable, friendly, and excited to contribute to a growing local brand
