  • Competition general guidelines:

    1. The competition is open to the general public of all ages, regardless of any educational and/or professional background.
    2. Participants must submit their article through this form before 28 May 2025 at 11.59 PM (GMT+7).
    3. Articles must be written in English, with a length between 800 - 1,000 words, and submitted in PDF format.
    4. To make your article stand out, please ensure it is SEO-friendly; Include your chosen topic, targeted keywords, SEO title, and key phrases at the top of your article.
    5. Submissions must align with the CIIC 2025 theme, focusing on one or more of the following themes:
      • Energy Transition;
      • Sustainable Agriculture;
      • Circular Economy
    6. Each article must be the work of a single individual. Group submissions are not allowed.
    7. All entries must be original and not previously published, submitted, or awarded in any other platform, competition, or media.
    8. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Any article found to contain plagiarized content will be automatically disqualified.
    9. Participants are required to follow CIIC’s official social media accounts:
      • Instagram: @ciic_sea
      • LinkedIn: Climate Impact Innovations Challenge
    10. All submitted articles will become the intellectual property of CIIC and may be used for promotional or publication purposes on the discretionary basis of CIIC, with credit given to the author.
    11. Articles will be evaluated by judges selected by the committee. The judges’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.
    12. Any changes or updates to the guidelines will be announced via CIIC’s official communication channels throughout the competition period.
    13. There are no registration or submission fees. CIIC does not authorize any third party to collect payments on its behalf. Participants should be cautious of fraudulent payment requests or scams.
