  • Public Liability Insurance:

We advise artists to be aware that they are fully responsible for insuring their work and the contents of their open house/studio during the Art Trail weekend. Our shared community partner venues have PLI but this will not cover theft or damage to your work, so you should be aware of the risk.

The Batheaston Art Trail is not able to provide public liability insurance and you must ensure that you have this in place. The Artists Newsletter (www.a-n.co.uk) has information regarding insurance and currently offers very simple & affordable insurance along with subscription to their newsletter.

Please tell us whether you have public liability insurance below.
If you do have insurance, then enter your policy details in the next part.

  • Exhibiting in your own home or in an open studio:

  • Exhibiting in Shared Community Venues:

If you wish to exhibit at one of our shared community/partner venues - this year
we require that you please select 2 preferred venue options so that we can
accommodate our artists in our community venues fairly.

We will try to allocate your first venue preference where possible.
Our venues this year are: Batheaston New Village Hall, Batheaston Youth Club
(which is next door to the Village Hall) & St John the Baptist Church

(see our Terms & Conditions at the end of this form for further details on the venues)
