Spring Market (April 4th)
Thank you so much for your interest in being part of the Monthly Market at Beach Bowls! Our market is held on the first Saturday of every month from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are proud to create a space that supports and highlights local small businesses, and we are excited that you’re interested in being part of it. To keep the market diverse, balanced, and enjoyable for our customers, we allow only one vendor per category at each event with a max of 15 vendors- except for our yearly ladies night out and Christmas holiday market. Because of this, spots can fill quickly, so we encourage you to apply early.

Vendor Set Up Information
When you arrive, please go inside Beach Bowls to "check in" with a team member. Setup time is from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM, and all vendors must be fully set up and ready to go by 8:00 AM with vehicles moved from the event area. Vendors arriving after 8:00 AM will not be permitted to set up or participate. Vendors will set up in the order they arrive and should position themselves directly next to the previous vendor. We do not offer reserved or held spaces, with the exception of specialty vendors who require placement inside the garage area. Please be mindful to set up as close as reasonably possible to the vendor beside you. Keeping tents and tables aligned and tight together helps maintain a clean layout and prevents customers from walking through or behind your setup. We strongly encourage arranging to be dropped off if possible. Extra parking is available on the street, behind the offices on Live Oak Street, or at The Body Shoppe (next door to Beach Bowls). Please do not park at Beaufort Café, as they are open on Saturdays, or at the brown brick Old Firehouse building, as vehicles may be towed. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, tent, tent weights, signage, and any other setup materials needed. A limited number of extra tables and extension cords may be available upon request, but we must be notified in advance. A staff member will be on site for assistance but it is up to you to have help setting up and breaking down as our team will be also setting up our space.
Additional Vendor Information
All vendors receive $1 off any Beach Bowls purchase during the event as a small thank you for being part of our market. Make sure you inform a Beach Bowls staff member if you order anything. We also ask that all vendors help promote the event by sharing social media posts, inviting friends, and spreading the word. We truly believe that when we promote together, we succeed together.
DEPOSIT
Each pop-up event requires a $20 fee, which is refunded on the day of the event (no holds). Please note that any no-shows or cancellations after signing up, for any reason, will result in no refund or transfer. In the past, last-minute cancellations have created gaps in our vendor lineup, forcing us to rearrange placements or move forward without a full variety of vendors. Because we intentionally limit and carefully select only a few vendors per month to keep the market balanced and diverse, it is not fair to those on our waitlist when a reserved spot goes unused. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when signing up.
