Will you be selling items at your booth?
Do you acknowledge that exhibitors making taxable sales during the event must be registered to collect the 8.875% sales tax before the event begins? This rate includes Minnesota’s 6.875% state sales tax, the City of Roseville’s 0.5% sales tax, the Ramsey County Transit tax of 0.5%, the Metro Area Transportation tax of 0.75%, and the Metro Area Housing tax of 0.25%.The Application for Business Registration, Form ABR, is available on the MN Department of Revenue website at https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/2024-02/abr-24.pdf or by calling 651-282-5225.
Do you acknowledge that Minnesota law requires that sellers, exhibitors or businesses that intend to sell at the event, are required to provide event organizers with a completed Operator’s Certificate of Compliance, Form ST-19, or other similar written statement for this purpose? Form ST-19 is available online at https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/2024-12/st19.pdf and should be submitted to Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce at sherryln@minnesotablackchamber.org by June 1, 2026.
Will you be selling or distributing food at your booth? Please note that to maintain the integrity of this as a free food event, food vendors may not sell full meals or entrées. Vendors are welcome to offer approved items such as beverages, baked goods, snacks, packaged goods, or specialty add-ons, pending event guidelines.
Do you acknowledge that exhibitors wishing to distribute food and/or beverage products (including samples) must have a valid Special Event Food Stand License issued by Ramsey County Public Health? This does not apply to bite sized, pre-packaged candy. For more information on Special Event Food Stand Licensing or to submit an application, please visit the Ramsey County Public Health website at https://www.ramseycountymn.gov/businesses/licenses-permits-inspections/licenses-inspections/food-vending.
Do you acknowledge that a copy of the Special Event Food Stand License must be submitted to Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce at sherryln@minnesotablackchamber.org by June 1, 2026.

Exhibitor Rules/Instructions
Do you acknowledge that by participating in the Roseville Juneteenth Event, you are allowing the Roseville Juneteenth Planning Committee and Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce to use any photos, video, and/or audio clips taken of you, your company, and its agents, in future marketing and publicity for Roseville Juneteenth or Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce?
Do you acknowledge the following statements?: Neither the Roseville Juneteenth Planning Committee nor Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce will be responsible for or held liable for any broken items, stolen items, injury, loss, or legal action that may arise or come to the exhibitor or his/her agent or his/her property while under this agreement. Neither the Roseville Juneteenth Planning Committee nor Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce provide individual insurance. Exhibitors waive all claims for personal injury, damages to persons or property, including but not limited to medical expenses, cost, suits, fees, etc.
Do you acknowledge that you can NOT drive in the park?
Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own table, chairs, and tent (if desired)?
Do you acknowledge the following set up, operation, and tear down guidelines? (1) Setup may begin at 9:00AM and must be completed by 11:00AM. (2) All booths must be open and ready for business from 11:00AM to 3:00PM unless otherwise notified by an authorized Roseville Juneteenth Committee representative. Each attendee deserves to visit all exhibitors and receive the same experience. (3) Booth take down may begin at 3:00PM. (4) All copyrighted or trademarked items must be properly licensed. (5) All booth displays and materials distributed must be deemed appropriate and family friendly. Roseville Juneteenth reserves the right to remove an exhibitor for displaying or distributing materials that contain obscenity, profanity or anything otherwise offensive. (6) Exhibitors who disturb the peace of attendees or other exhibitors may be asked to leave. (7) Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up their own booth area and placing trash in dumpsters.

I certify that I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the above-named organization. I have read the Exhibitor Rules and Instructions, agree to abide by them, and have or will communicate these rules and instructions to the person/people working my booth. I acknowledge that my booth may be shut down for violation of any of these provisions. I agree to hold harmless the Roseville Juneteenth Committee and Minnesota Black Chamber of Commerce (the “Organizers”), its directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, and consultants from any and all losses, claims, damage, expenses, judgments, liabilities, and causes of action, including but not limited to, claims, judgments, and liabilities on account of any act, omission, negligence, fault or default of any third party not within the control of the Organizers. Upon execution of this agreement, the undersigned agrees that it shall be deemed to have released the Organizers from any and all claims, causes of action, and liability to the undersigned, its representatives, successors, and assigns, in connection with this agreement or the performance of any services rendered by the undersigned or the Organizers.
