    RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

    1. RENTAL ITEMS
    Client agrees to rent the listed items.

    2. PAYMENT TERMS
    A deposit is required to secure booking.
    Full payment must be made before delivery/setup.
    Payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

    3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
    Deposits are non-refundable.
    Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
    No refunds for weather-related issues.

    4. DELIVERY & SETUP
    Client must ensure clear, safe access to setup area.
    Setup must be on level ground.
    Extra fees may apply for difficult setups.

    5. USE OF EQUIPMENT
    No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects on inflatables.
    Adult supervision is required at all times.

    6. WEATHER POLICY
    Do not use equipment in rain or high winds.
    We may cancel setup due to unsafe conditions.

    7. DAMAGE / LOSS
    Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.

    8. LIABILITY WAIVER
    Client assumes all risk.
    Port City Party Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages.

    9. INDEMNIFICATION
    Client agrees to protect and not hold the company responsible for claims.

    10. PERMITS
    Client is responsible for permits if required.
