Only a $250 payment is required to confirm your display space. An additional $250 payment due September 1 (applications received after Sept 1 require $500 first payment). Balance due January 1.

Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing, otherwise early bird pricing may not be guaranteed.

Early Bird Special Pricing until July 1.

NOTE: Due to limited booth space, be sure to submit your application ASAP. Applications are processed in the order they are received, Booth location can not be assigned prior to submitting an application.

Booth space includes Pipe & Black Drape, FREE Wi-Fi, Exhibitor Badges, Standard Exhibitor Website Listing on wonderfulweddingshow.com, and listing in Wonderful Wedding Show Guide. Retail sales are encouraged at the Show!
Booth prices do not include tables, skirting, chairs, carpet, lights or electrical power. Booths are for single Exhibitors only – space cannot be shared or sublet.
