Thank you for choosing to be a part of Woodland Creatures Homeschool Enrichment Program, our homeschool enrichment program (under ERBOCES). We receive state funding to support our programs and we are required to submit the information below. Education reEnvisioned Board of Cooperative Education Services (ERBOCES) is an authorizer of public educational programs to secure public funding for schools and homeschool enrichment programs (https://www.edreenvisioned.org/). Simply put, Education reEnvisioned is a welcoming host to innovative, exceptional programs and schools.

To complete your enrollment, this form must be completed for each student participating in the 26-27 school year (before they attend their first class).

All students must be at least 5 years old on or before October 1st of the year of enrollment

Students who attend the Homeschool Enrichment Program are registered as homeschoolers by a Notice of Intent to Homeschool, taught by a parent who is a certified teacher or is enrolled with an independent (non-public) school.

Please note that HSEs are required to provide at least 90 hours of instruction time per semester. By enrolling your student in this program, you acknowledge that you will make an effort to attend every class. Extended absences need to be communicated.

*Remember your child can only participate in one state funded program/ school per year. Examples:
