  • Event Information
    This golf tournament (Crawfish Tournament) is organized by Lake D’Arbonne Golf Association a non-profit organization (“Organizer”). Participation in the Event is voluntary.

    Tournament will be a 2-man scramble format for both days.  Saturday scores will be used to determine Sunday's tee times; however, the tournament will NOT be flighted until all play has been completed on Sunday.  Scoring will be posted to social media and through email.  

    No player shall practice on course prior to tee time.  Players found to be in violation will be disqualifed from event with no refund.

    Missing assigned tee times will result in a minimum 2-shot penalty and if team is more than 2 tee slots late the team will be disqualified from the event with no refund.

    Putts will be completed through the hole.  Gimmies will only be considered if putt is less than 2'. 

    Tee boxes will be as follows:

    Up to age 49 - Blue/Black Tees

    Ages 50-64 - Yellow/White Tees

    Ages 65+ & Ladies - Red/Pink Tees


    Registration and Fees
    All registration fees, sponsorship payments, and donations are non-refundable, except in the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.

    Player fee will be $150.00 per person, due by April 25, 2026.  ($300 per Team)

    Assumption of Risk
    Golf and related event activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by golf balls or clubs, slips or falls, weather-related conditions, and physical exertion. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks.

    Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
    In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, the participant releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Organizer, the golf course, sponsors, volunteers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, including those arising from negligence, related to participation in the Event.

    Medical Treatment
    Participants certify that they are physically fit to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary, agreeing to be responsible for all related costs.

    Code of Conduct
    Participants agree to act in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

    Photography and Media Release
    Participants grant permission for photos or videos taken during the Event to be used for promotional and fundraising purposes without compensation.

    Weather and Force Majeure
    The Event is rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. The Organizer is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control.

    Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
