  • JFCS and community partners are exploring a network of non-perishable food pantries at synagogues and other Jewish community locations across the Portland metro area. Your responses will help us understand community need and access. This survey takes ~3-5 minutes. You may skip any question. Responses are confidential and reported in summary.

If you would prefer not to be contacted directly by JFCS or CNS, you are welcome to connect with a trusted community partner (such as a synagogue or community organization), who can coordinate with JFCS/CNS on your behalf to help you access services.
