The Pride of the Mountains is excited to present the 3rd Annual Catamount Classic: Marching Percussion Festival!

Join us on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, at the Ramsey Regional Activity Center on the campus of Western Carolina University for an unforgettable day celebrating marching percussion excellence.

Two outstanding clinicians, Colin McNutt and Mike Bishop, will lead sessions packed with inspiration, technique, and performance insights. The event kicks off with registration at 10:00 AM, followed by the main program beginning at 12:00 PM. It all wraps up at 5:00 PM with a massive student drum-off — a high-energy finale you won’t want to miss!

All students are welcome, whether playing individually or in groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect with fellow drummers, and showcase your skills.
