SAAFON Funder Education Tour Participation Waiver & Photo Release

[Section I]

The undersigned voluntarily agrees to participate in the SAAFON Agrarian Funder Tour. 

The undersigned recognizes that SAAFON has not undertaken any duty or responsibility for his or her safety, and the undersigned agrees to assume full responsibility for all risk of bodily injury, death, disability, and property damage due to participating in the SAAFON Agrarian Funder Tour. .

By my signature, I hereby state that I understand the risks involved in participating in the SAAFON Agrarian Funder Tour and willingly and voluntarily accept these risks. By my signature, I surrender any right to seek reimbursement from SAAFON and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and other agents for injury sustained and liability incurred during my participation in the abovementioned activity. By my signature, I warrant that I am not relying on any oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the statements made on this form.

By signing below, the parties confirm that they have read, understand, and consent to the terms of this waiver agreement.

SAAFON has my permission to use my image publicly to share and promote the project. I understand that the image may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty fee or other compensation shall become payable to me because of such use.
