  • Section 1 - Business and Contact Details, and products

To be completed by all applicants
  •  -
  • Note that towing and other vehicles must be removed from the arena before the public arrive, unless agreed in writing prior to the event.  No movement of vehicles is permitted while the Festival is open to the public.

NB: Free forward parking is available immediately outside the event field for other vehicles that will come and go during the weekend.

  • Pitch Size

Please note that space at the event is restricted; the sides of most pitches cannot be guaranteed to be accessible to customers unless you choose to book additional frontage for your pitch.

    • Measurements DO NOT need to include guy ropes for gazebos
    • Measurements for trailers MUST include the tow bar
    • Depth should include the space for any support vehicle, trailer, etc. that you need to keep behind your stall (some pitch locations have more depth available than others).  Note that the field layout means that in most cases, it is NOT possible to remove vehicles from behind a stall once in position. However, there WILL be vehicle access to the front of stalls to restock, etc. after the public have left / before they arrive each day.
    • Your stall and all additional items in whatever form must be able to fit entirely within a rectangle of the size you specify (except for guy ropes for gazebos), as this will be used for field planning.

If your setup is larger than the measurements you give us, we may not be able to fit you in, and may have to turn you away.

    • The frontage / width is the TOTAL measurement of the side of your stall / trailer / vehicle that faces the public, and from which you will serve them
  • Please note that ALL stallholders are required to carry out their own risk assessment for their business activity at the Festival and must have their paperwork to hand if asked to produce it.

We reserve the right to examine any equipment to confirm its rating.
