2026 Bazaart Vendor Application

AVAM's Bazaart: Annual Holiday Craft Marketplace
Nov 27th-28th, 2026 • FREE to the public both days!

THINGS TO KNOW:

• Application Deadline: July 17, 2026. Any applications received after Jul 17th will NOT be considered.

• Show operating hours: Fri, Nov 27th from 12pm–5pm & Sat, Nov 28th from 10am–5pm

• Booth set up: Wed, Nov 25th from 9am–5pm & Fri, Nov 27th from 9am–12pm

• Booth breakdown: Sat, Nov 28th from 5pm–8pm

• Booth fee for those selected as artists is $200 for a 10’x10’ booth space with table and access to electric, both available upon request.

*Please only apply to Bazaart if you can comply with the schedule listed above*

Applications are reviewed and selected by a juried panel.

Please note: The jury does not provide feedback for each individual artist as to why their work was or was not accepted.
