NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Please acknowledge that you understand the deposit required for the item you are ordering. Please understand that a deposit is required before work is started on any homecoming item and it is non-refundable but applied to the overall cost of the item you order. You also agree to send remaining balance ONE WEEK prior to pick up or delivery of mum/garter. By checking an option below, you acknowledge and agree to the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT policy.

ORDER PICK UP: If you choose to pick up your mum/garter, we do offer that as an option. It will be the day before the Homecoming Date unless arrangements are made at time of order. The pick up location address of our studio will be sent prior to setting up appointment times. Pick ups will occur from 9 AM to 9 PM on the specified date.

DELIVERY: Do you require DELIVERY? We can offer delivery for a fee based on a radius using the Alamo Ranch area to determine the costs. We do not ship at this time. By selecting any DELIVERY option, you agree and acknowledge to our DELIVERY policy and agree to pay the full non refundable amount (if applicable) that will be collected at the time of the non refundable deposit.

RUSH: Is this a RUSH request? Our RUSH request policy is listed on our website under Terms and Conditions. It states any mum/garter ordered with less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the homecoming date will have a RUSH request fee added to the non-refundable deposit. By selecting "yes" on the RUSH option, you agree and acknowledge our RUSH policy and will pay the full non refundable amount for a RUSH request which will be collected at the time of the initial deposit.
