1. All inacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated. An unacceptable behavior notice will be given to parents during thefirst incident. A second notice will entail the child's suspension for a fixed period. A third notice will automatically lead tothe expulsion of the child from the program.
2. Toys brought from home are prohibited. Any toy from the house will be confiscated and given to the parents whenthey come to pick up the child. A notice will be given to them on this occasion.
3. You must notify the office by email if your child has allergies or any other condition requiring special attention, includingif your child has been diagnosed with ADHD, FASD, Autism, Down Syndrome, or if a 1:1 assistant accompanies them atschool.
4. Parents are responsible to notify the office by email of all changes of information in the registration form of their children(health, addresses, contacts, allergies etc.).
5. Parents are responsible for reading the L’Escale’s memos and emails sent to them periodically
6. If your child is absent for more than 3 consecutive days, you must notify the office by email.
7. You must adhere to L’Escale's operating hours. Any delay will result in a charge of $1 per minute.
8. Any food containing nuts or peanuts is strictly prohibited.
9. First come, first served. If we reach the maximum capacity of the program, the child will be placed on a waiting list. The date of your registration will determine your position on the waiting list.
10. You must notify us in writing at least 14 business days prior to the cancellation or modification of the service to avoid being charged (Please refer to the Parent Handbook).
11. No refunds or credits will be issued for voluntary absences, absences due to illness and advance absence notices.
12. After the third cheque returned by your financial institution (NSF), we will no longer accept cheques from you. You willneed to make cash payments for the remainder of the summer in order to continue using our services.
