I, one of the People as seen in the 51 Constitutions, (Republican in Form), Sui Juris, present this Notice of Redress of Grievance that you provide immediate due care to those with all political power, the People.
Please take Notice you have voluntarily agreed by oath to support the California State and U.S. Constitutions which are lawfully binding express contracts with the People describing your official duties, for which you are granted immunity. The People’s rights to life, liberty and property is antecedent all government. Your oath to support the Constitution(s) is binding to the Public Trust of the State of California. OATH, noun, A solemn affirmation or declaration, made with an appeal to God for the truth of what is affirmed. The appeal to God in an oath implies that the person imprecates his vengeance and renounces his favor if the declaration is false, or if the declaration is a promise, the person invokes the vengeance of God if he should fail to fulfill it. California Constitution Article XX, Section 3 Members of the Legislature, and all public officers and employees, executive, legislative, and judicial, except such inferior officers and employees as may be by law exempted, shall, before they enter upon the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation: "I, ____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter. Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order and demand that trustees and servants acknowledge their subscribed oath by publicly posting this Notice on all government office buildings main doors, public posting boards, government websites, and publicly acknowledge with a public reading of their Oath of Office within thirty (30) days of receiving this notice, and have it posted for three hundred sixty-five days (365) days. It is your duty to read, understand and adhere to the State of California and the U.S. Constitutions in full. If you believe any of these statements to be false, rebut by Affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within fourteen (14) days of receiving this Notice, showing your grant of authority to deprive the People of their Inherent Rights under the Constitutions, or you agree, by tacit acquiescence, that all statements herein are true and shall be heard by an arbitrator of my choice. Furthermore, your actions will show you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice; tortiously interfering with the People and their Rights, and that no court shall rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth and law, in this court of records.
