Back To School 2026 Preregistration
Christian Community Service Center's Back To School is an outreach program that helps students in pre-K through 12th grade start the academic year with brand-new school supplies, clothing and a backpack.
To be eligible for Back To School, families must:
- Have limited financial resources.
- Have a child/children planning to enter pre-K through 12th grade in August 2026.
- Live in CCSC's 33-zip code Back To School service area. Proof of current address will be required.

Parents/guardians must complete all 3 steps to receive support:

1. Preregister online by completing this form. Spaces are limited.

2. Attend the Registration Event in person May 12-15. Parent/guardian will need to show photo ID (any type), proof of current address (example, electricity bill) and a birth certificate for each child.

3. Attend CCSC's Back To School Community Event in early August to collect supplies, a backpack and a $50 Old Navy/GAP gift card for each registered student.

Back To School Registration Event
Parents/guardians must attend the Registration Event at Bellaire United Methodist Church (4511 Bellaire Blvd. 77401) in person on the date you choose below.

Bring the following documents:

1. Parent/guardian photo ID (any type)

2. Proof of current address including your name (example, electricity bill from last three months, current lease agreement)

3. A birth certificate for each child

Please Note:

A limited number of families will be registered each day.

Children do not need to attend the Registration Event.

If you are not able to attend, you may send a representative with a copy of your ID and your documents.

Families who have not preregistered by completing this form will not be able to register in person May 12-15.
