1. PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to vehicle pickup. No vehicle will be released without full payment.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
All services are custom and made-to-order. Once production has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

3. DESIGN APPROVAL
Customer is responsible for final approval of all artwork, layout, colors, and placement prior to production. Any changes after approval will result in additional charges.

4. COMPLETION & ACCEPTANCE
By taking delivery of the vehicle(s), Customer confirms the work has been completed to satisfaction. Failure to raise concerns at pickup constitutes full acceptance of services.

5. NO CHARGEBACK / DISPUTE AGREEMENT
CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO INITIATE ANY CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, OR REVERSALS AFTER SERVICES ARE COMPLETED AND ACCEPTED. ANY SUCH ACTION WILL BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT AND CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY THE FULL PROJECT AMOUNT, ALL FEES, COLLECTION COSTS, AND LEGAL EXPENSES INCURRED.

6. VEHICLE CONDITION
Customer acknowledges the vehicle is in suitable condition for installation. Fire Auto Wraps is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, failure, or issues during removal.

7. WARRANTY & CARE
Improper care, environmental damage, or vandalism is not covered. Customer agrees to follow all post-install care instructions.

8. LEGAL & COLLECTION
Customer agrees to pay all legal fees, court costs, and collection expenses in the event of non-payment or dispute.
