Tech Challenge Showcase Weekend: Entry Sign-Up Form

To help facilitate a smooth entry process, this is a form for teams to sign-up to arrive at the Tech Challenge Showcase within a specific time frame.
The 2026 Raise the Roof Tech Challenge is a little less than one month away! To help us facilitate a smooth entry process, we invite you and your team to sign up for a time slot to arrive and participate in The Tech Challenge and accompanying festivities by completing the form below.

While this isn't meant to be a rigid structure, it will help us anticipate and manage a steady flow of teams and attendees as much as possible.
- If you happen to arrive outside of your time slot, don't sweat it! We know things comes up! You and your team can still show up and we are more than happy to proceed with entry as usual.
- If all time slots for your team's grade level is full, please just show up any time within your team's grade level according to the schedule below:
  - Saturday, April 25, 9 - 11 AM: Grades 4-5
  - Saturday, April 25, 2 - 3:30 PM: Grade 6
  - Sunday, April 26, 10 - 11:30 AM: Grades 9-12
  - Sunday, April 26, 1:30 - 3 PM: Grades 7-8
Accommodations: We will do our best to ensure that all teams are able to participate in the showcase event. Please indicate any language, sensory or physical accommodations needed for your team or contact us at challenge@thetech.org for more details.
