  • Individuals may register for more than one program with this form as long as placement options are available. Select all leagues you wish to register for.

  • The F.A.C.T. program creates teams for each division and to ensure that new teams have the ability to be competitive the team roster is constructed to cover all fielding positions. Team rosters will include 12-13 players and Co-ed team rosters will include on Monday [minimum 5 women and 7 men] and Friday [minimum 5 women and 7 men].

  • Once the application is submitted and reviewed and we have a team to place you with, payment instructions will be sent to you based on your payment method selection. 

    The player entry fee is $44 and a $3 admin fee per program. Payments made by Zelle, CashApp, or by check have the admin fee waived.

  • Once the application is processed you will receive a payment request based on the method selected. Credit/Debit card payments are automatically processed. Zelle payment of $44 (per league) can also be submitted directly to teamservicesflorida@gmail.com

    CashApp payment of $44 (per league) can be submitted directly to $OkeeheeleeSoftball

    If you selected Credit/Debit card as an option, you will be sent a special form to submit payment.

    If placement is not available the registration fee will be refunded.
