BOOKING POLICIES
SCHEDULING
BOOKING: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards the total cost of your service, and the remaining balance is paid at the end of the service. If you are using a payment plan/financing, please inform us, and we will send a payment link for you to set up through Klarna.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that emergencies or illness can happen. A second reschedule will forfeit your first deposit, and you will be required to submit another deposit to reschedule.
NO SHOWS are absolutely unacceptable. NO SHOWS will result in an AUTOMATIC forfeiture of deposit and AUTOMATIC extra cancellation fee of $50.
LATE/GRACE PERIOD: We have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will have to submit a new deposit. Please plan accordingly.
ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL SALES; NO REFUNDS.
A PAYMENT PLAN/FINANCING MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
🚫 Refusal of Service
• ZENBEAUTY AND INK reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons (e.g., aggressive behavior, unrealistic expectations, or contraindications).
✏️ Touch-Up & Correction Policies
• Touch-Up Timeline: Touch-ups must be done within a set time frame. Anything after this timeframe will have an additional cost.
• No Touch-Ups on Other Artists’ Work: Clients cannot receive a “touch-up" price without paying the initial service price FIRST.
• Results Vary Disclaimer: Skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare impact results; no guarantee of outcome.
OTHER POLICIES
- No children allowed; the space is small, and distractions may affect your service. As possible, no guests are allowed, and certain exceptions are due to the artist’s discretion.
- By booking an appointment, you also acknowledge and agree that your procedure may be photographed and/or filmed.
