BOOKING POLICIES

SCHEDULING

BOOKING: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards the total cost of your service, and the remaining balance is paid at the end of the service. If you are using a payment plan/financing, please inform us, and we will send a payment link for you to set up through Klarna.

 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that emergencies or illness can happen. A second reschedule will forfeit your first deposit, and you will be required to submit another deposit to reschedule. 

 

NO SHOWS are absolutely unacceptable. NO SHOWS will result in an AUTOMATIC forfeiture of deposit and AUTOMATIC extra cancellation fee of $50. 

 

LATE/GRACE PERIOD: We have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will have to submit a new deposit. Please plan accordingly. 

 

ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL SALES; NO REFUNDS.

A PAYMENT PLAN/FINANCING MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 
🚫 Refusal of Service

    •    ZENBEAUTY AND INK reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons (e.g., aggressive behavior, unrealistic expectations, or contraindications).

✏️ Touch-Up & Correction Policies

    •    Touch-Up Timeline: Touch-ups must be done within a set time frame. Anything after this timeframe will have an additional cost.

    •    No Touch-Ups on Other Artists’ Work: Clients cannot receive a “touch-up" price without paying the initial service price FIRST.

    •    Results Vary Disclaimer: Skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare impact results; no guarantee of outcome.

 
OTHER POLICIES

• No children allowed; the space is small, and distractions may affect your service. As possible, no guests are allowed, and certain exceptions are due to the artist’s discretion.
   
• By booking an appointment, you also acknowledge and agree that your procedure may be photographed and/or filmed.

 

 

 

INFORMATION & PREPARATION

LIP BLUSH

Brings a natural healthy blush to your lips. Gives the appearance of fuller lips by defining your lip shape. It can cover blemishes and irregularities and evens lip color.

​Lip blush is a process. Color is expected to fade 40-60% after the initial session, which is why multiple sessions may be needed to build the desired color intensity based on each individual's starting point. The number of sessions needed is based on several factors such as your lips' undertones, the color you are wanting to obtain, how well your skin retains pigment, and if aftercare instructions are followed. Dark lips may need more than 4 sessions to obtain desired results. 

Touch-up prices are not included in your initial service cost. A touch-up is 4-8 weeks after the initial service and each service, and it's $100. More than 8 weeks from last service is $150.

 

• Must be 18+
• Can NOT be pregnant/breastfeeding
• Botox & Filler around procedure area must be done 30 days prior
• Retinols/ Retina-A’s, all other anti-aging creams or serums containing acids must be stopped 30 days prior. 
• Laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermaplaning must be done 30 days prior. 
• Please do not take any medications (ex: Aspirin, Ibuprofen) 24 HRS prior to your appointment. Blood thinners WILL make you bleed, and your results will be affected. 
• Do not drink any alcoholic beverages 24 HRS prior to your appointment. 
• Please refrain from drinking caffeine the day of your appointment.
• If you are prone to cold sores, you must take any antiviral medication 5 days prior to your appointment.
• Hydrate! this will reduce dryness on your lips
• Begin to exfoliate your lips 3 days prior and keep moist!
  

OMBRE POWDER BROWS 

Powder brow technique that creates a soft, misty, powder-filled brow similar to the look of makeup. This procedure involves a manual process of inserting pigment into the upper layers of skin using a tattoo machine. 

Color is expected to fade 40-60% after the first session. Additional sessions may be needed depending on each individual's desired results. A touch-up should be scheduled 6-12 weeks after the initial session. Everyone’s retention is different; the touch-up will redefine your brows and add a color boost.
