I understand and acknowledge that participation in the activities taught through Glen Lake Academy of Dance (GLAD) can involve inherent risks of injury to my child. I agree to indemnify GLAD and all teachers, teacher assistants & substitutes for any costs or expenses arising out of my child’s participation in the activities. This includes the cost of any medical care given to my child or any expenses or fees incurred in any lawsuit arising as a result of any damage or injuries caused by my child in the course of his or her participation in the activity. Although the skills taught at GLAD are supervised and well practiced, if injury does occur the guardians of GLAD participants are responsible for any and all medical bills.
