Kokosh Skin Membership Agreement
Thank you for joining Kokosh Skin Memberships. These memberships are designed to support consistency, long-term skin health, and visible results.
By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:
Membership Options
You are enrolling in one of the following:
Skin Membership ($220/month)
(automatically debited at approximately $55 per week)
1 x customised facial per month
5% product discount
Sculpt Membership ($289/month)
(automatically debited at approximately $72 per week)
1 x Lymphatic Sculpt Facial per month
(option to alternate with Face Sculpting & Buccal Massage)
LED therapy included
5% product discount
Advanced Skin Membership ($349/month)
(automatically debited at approximately $87 per week)
1 x advanced treatment per month (skin needling or corrective peel)
LED therapy included
10% product discount
Personalised skin plan
1. Membership Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months.
After this period, memberships will continue on a rolling basis unless cancelled with notice.
2. Payments
Payments are processed via automatic debit on a weekly basis.
Weekly payments are calculated from the monthly membership fee.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Treatments & Usage
Each membership includes one treatment per month, based on your selected tier.
Treatments must be used within the allocated month and do not roll over.
4. Appointment Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed or late cancelled appointments will result in the treatment being forfeited.
5. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are specific to your selected tier and are available only while your membership is active.
Benefits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Pause Policy
Memberships may be paused for up to 2 weeks, with prior notice.
During this time, payments will be temporarily suspended and your membership term will be extended accordingly.
One pause is permitted per 6-month period.
7. Cancellation
Memberships may only be cancelled after the initial 6-month commitment.
A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required.
8. Changes to Membership
Kokosh Skin Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to membership inclusions or pricing with prior notice.
9. Client Responsibility
Results require consistency and adherence to professional advice.
Kokosh Skin Wellness is not responsible for outcomes where treatment plans are not followed.
