  • By submitting this form, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms:

    1. PAYMENT: Full payment is due within 5 business days of submitting this form. Home Court Canada Inc. will issue an invoice upon receipt of this registration.

    2. COMMITMENT: Sponsorship is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Home Court Canada Inc. reserves the right to reassign sponsorship tiers if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

    3. LOGO & MATERIALS: Sponsors must provide logo files and any required materials no later than May 9, 2026. Home Court Canada Inc. is not responsible for exclusions resulting from late submissions.

    4. REFUND POLICY: Sponsorships are non-refundable after May 1, 2026. Prior to May 1, 2026, a full refund will be issued if requested in writing to golf@homecourt247.com.

    5. RIGHTS & USAGE: Home Court Canada Inc. reserves the right to use the Sponsor's name and logo in event materials, social media, and promotional content related to the Spring Swing Golf Classic 2026.

    6. EVENT CHANGES: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, Home Court Canada Inc. will work with sponsors on alternative recognition opportunities or issue a credit toward future events.

    7. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
