An invoice/s will be sent once your registration form has successfully been submitted

Dancer fee:

$40.00 per dancer if entering ONE division only

or $30.00 per dancer (per division) if in 2 or more divisions

Fees are due in full no later than 5PM FRIDAY 31ST JULY

Crews that withdraw from the competition after registration forms and fees have been submitted, will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Crew Manager completing this Registration Form must be over 18 years of age and able to represent the crew with full knowledge about them.

2. I confirm that all participating dancers are currently enrolled at the Company/Studio they are representing.

3. Permission has been given for photographs and video footage to be taken and we understand that the organiser has sole rights to use any photos or video footage taken for promotional purposes.

4. We acknowledge the event/competition involves the risk of serious injury from various causes and do not hold Blueprint Productions NZ Ltd, their organisers, sponsors, or others, who are connected with the competition, responsible in any way should a dancer/staff be injured while participating in the event inclusive of workshops.

5. We understand that Blueprint Productions NZ Ltd is a strict drug, vape and alcohol-free event. Breaking this rule will result in instant disqualification of the dancer/s and crew/s.

6. We agree the judges decision is final.

7. Payment will be made in full prior to Friday 31st July 2026 or registrations cannot be accepted.

8. Crew Managers must remain on-site for the duration of the event and/or until their last dancer has left the premises.

9. We have read and made available to all participating students, parents/guardians, and attending staff the and agree to abide by the Competition Guidelines, Payment terms, Rules, and Health & Safety that have been outlined.
