TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions. I confirm that the information I provided is accurate. I understand that:

 

The package includes:

- Return transport (Sydney – Thredbo)

- Accommodation in shared rooms

- Daily transport to the mountain

- National Park entry fee

- 2 breakfasts

-1 dinner on Saturday night

 

•A $50 deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation penalties will apply based on the cancellation date.

•The remaining balance must be paid in full by the final payment date. If the balance remains unpaid after due date a $35,00 late fee will apply. If it remains unpaid for more than 3 days, my trip will be canceled immediately without a refund.

•Bus departures will be from Central Station between 3 PM and 5 PM. The exact departure time will be confirmed a couple of weeks before the trip.

 

• Bus seating is not assigned and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend that groups of friends arrive and board together to maximise the chances of sitting together. Please note that we cannot guarantee that groups will be seated next to each other or accommodated on the same bus. The earlier you arrive in line, the more seating options will be available.

•All attendees must arrive at the pick-up location 30 minutes before departure for check-in. 

•It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they attend all bus departure times. If a client misses the bus at any point during the trip, they will need to arrange and pay for their own transfer. No refunds or alternative transport will be provided.

Accuracy of Information
By submitting this registration form, participants confirm that all information provided is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including but not limited to full name, email address, emergency contact, and any other details requested. Participants acknowledge that it is their responsibility to check and verify all information before submission, and Tree Productions will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information.

Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
Participants acknowledge that snow trips and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, weather conditions, and transport delays. By agreeing to these terms, the participant accepts full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip. Tree Productions will not be held liable except where required by law.

 

Travel Insurance Recommendation
While health insurance is mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, injuries, and personal belongings.

 

Behaviour & Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees. Tree Productions reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip, without refund, in cases of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or failure to follow instructions. Tree Productions also reserves the right to reassign participants to different buses or seating arrangements at any time if deemed necessary for operational, safety, or behavioural reasons. Any participant removed from the trip under these conditions will not be entitled to any refund or compensation and will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own return transportation.

 

Force Majeure
Tree Productions is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or mechanical issues.

 

Changes to Itinerary
Tree Productions reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or transport arrangements if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

 

Media Consent
By participating in the trip, attendees agree that photos and videos taken during the trip may be used by Tree Productions for promotional purposes, unless the participant explicitly requests otherwise in writing via e-email prior to the trip.

Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Tree Productions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the trip.

Health & Fitness Declaration
By registering, participants confirm they are physically fit to participate in the trip and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

Data & Privacy
All personal information provided will be used solely for booking and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

 

Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes the deposit and any remaining balance paid. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the participant, failure to attend the trip, or removal from the trip due to misconduct.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

•Self-driving is not allowed.

•Accommodation is shared, including mixed rooms. Participants may be required to share rooms with other attendees regardless of gender. Requests for specific room arrangements may be considered but are not guaranteed

•Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot all bookings must be confirmed by a Tree Productions team member.

•All attendees must have their own health insurance in case of an emergency.

• All departure and arrival times provided are approximate and subject to change based on traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION 

 

All payments must be made to Tree Productions’ account, and a payment receipt with NAME, INITIAL OF SURNAME, and DATE (e.g., FELIPE T. 27/06) must be sent along with a payment screenshot to SnowTreeP team (+61 0400264245) within 24 hours after payment. If applicable, include the name of the promoter who sold the trip.

 

All payments must be made by the due date. If payment is late, a $35 fee will apply.
