  • Club Membership Application Waiver

    I know that running and volunteering in club races and practices are potentially hazardous activities.  I should not enter and run-in club activities unless I am properly trained.  I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run.  I assume all risks associated with running and volunteering to work in club races including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.  Having read this waiver and knowing the facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for membership, I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release D4G Elite Track Club, its members/volunteers, sponsors, their representatives, and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these club activities even though liability may rise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in the waiver.

  • 2026 Payment Plan

    Registration Fees For 2026 Are $325 per Child. A $25 Deposit Is Required to Submit This Registration Form & The Remaining $300 Should Be Paid by These Dates. Please Look Over the Payment Plan Schedule for the Remainder of the Season.

  • 1st Payment Due - 4/24/26 - $125 – (NO EXCEPTIONS)

     

    2nd Payment Due – 5/8/26 - $100

     

    3rd Payment Due – 5/22/26 - $75 

     

    *Any $ off for being a Middle/High School Athlete OR Sibling Discount is Applied off the 3rd Payment Unless Paying in Full: Max discount per child is $25*

      

    (3rd & Final payment must be paid to get uniform and participate in 1st track meet)

    NO ELEMENTARY REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 1st, 2026!  *Popcorn Fundraiser Starts June 14th to raise money for Regionals & the Calendar Fundraiser starts July 1st to raise money for Junior Olympics*
