Join us for an exciting weekend filled with water adventures in Galway July 11th & 12th. The Watersports Inclusion Games 2026 is an award-winning event that celebrates the joy of watersports and inclusivity.

Volunteering at the Watersports Inclusion Games means being part of an inspiring weekend where adventure, community, and inclusivity come together on the water. Taking place in Galway on July 11th and 12th, this award-winning event invites people of all abilities to try activities such as sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and speedboat rides in a welcoming and supportive environment. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in helping participants feel confident, safe, and included, whether that’s offering guidance on the shore, assisting with activities, or simply bringing your positive energy to the day. With roles both on and off the water, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, support inclusive sport, and help create unforgettable memories for everyone involved.

Volunteers are bound by the legal basis for processing that personal information. Personal information will be stored and used in accordance with Event Organiser's privacy policy. When required, personal information may be shared with Irish Sailing, and/or other event organisations. Volunteers accept that the Event Organiser may arrange for images or videos to be taken at the event both on the water and on shore. Volunteers give consent to the taking of such images and to the use, reuse, publication and republication of such images in any media, in conjunction with the volunteer's name or not, without compensation and without the participant’s approval of such images or any use thereof. The images may only be used for the promotion of the Event, its sponsors, the Event Organiser and other Event organisations. The Privacy Policy is available on the Irish Sailing Website.*

RISK STATEMENT: The activities at the Watersports Inclusion Games are by their nature unpredictable sports and therefore inherently involves an element of risk. By taking part in the event, each volunteer agrees and acknowledges that: (a) Watersports such as sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing and snorkelling involve physical exertion and interaction with water.( b) Weather and water conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably, affecting safety and ease of participation. By attending or volunteering in the Watersports Inclusion Games, individuals acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions, wear appropriate personal flotation devices(PDFs) and cooperate with organisers and safety crew. Organisers have taken every reasonable measure to ensure a safe and inclusive environment. I agree to take part at my own risk and follow all safety instructions. *
