Terms & Conditions: Easter in Wonderland
1. The Easter in Wonderland Trail runs from Saturday 28th March to Friday 10th April 2026 during center opening hours. Free Easter prizes are available exclusively on event dates (Saturday 28th March and Saturday 4th April) between 11 AM and 3 PM, while stocks last, and are limited to one prize per child upon presentation of a completed trail sheet at the Queen’s Chocolate Court. To be entered into the grand prize draw for the £50 Build-A-Bear voucher, participants must register via the official QR code; one winner will be selected at random after 10th April 2026 and notified via the email address provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and Fremlin Walk reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
2. General Event Details Date & Time: Saturday 28th March and Saturday 4th April, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. Location: Fremlin Walk Availability: All gifts and workshop materials are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Eligibility: To claim a prize from the garden, customers must spend a minimum of £15.00 in a single transaction at any Fremlin Walk store on either Saturday 28th March or Saturday 4th April. Pre-registration: Customers must pre-register. Proof of registration (digital or printed) must be shown at the event. Proof of Purchase: A valid paper or digital receipt from a Fremlin Walk retailer dated 28/03/2026 or 2/04/2026 must be presented. Limits: One prize per person, per receipt, regardless of total spend. Stock: Gift bags are limited in number. The promotion will close once all stock has been distributed, which may be prior to 3:00 pm.
4. Craft Workshop Participation: This is a free activity intended for children/families. Supply Limits: The workshop will run "while stocks last." We cannot guarantee participation for everyone if the floral supplies are exhausted before the event end time. Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the workshop.
5. Important Disclaimers No Cash Value: Gifts and crafts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products. Right to Withdraw: Fremlin Walk reserves the right to amend or cancel the event or specific promotions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or stock shortages. Allergies: Dried blooms may include natural pollens or materials; participation is at the user's discretion.
