REQUEST TO CHANGE COMMON ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS | 2026
As per our governing documents, Fox Glen owners are required to submit an Architectural Change Request (ARC) to obtain permission to make changes to the exterior appearance of individual homes or units within the Community. To facilitate homeowners ability to proceed sooner than the next board meeting, the Board now utilizes an email approval process so homeowners can often get approval with a few days. Complex projects or when additional information is required, may require longer time for processing. Since no construction or alteration can begin without approval of the Fox Glen Architectural Review Committee, we urge homeowners to submit this application in a timely manner.
Please be sure to provide all requested information before signing and submitting this form. Completed ARC form and attachments can be emailed to ARCcommittee@foxglen.org or placed in the black drop box outside the Clubhouse. If submitting hard copy, please email to advise you are doing so.
1. Provide a complete description of the proposed changes and attach additional pages as needed. ARC forms missing required information will be delayed and not approved until complete.
2. Provide all applicable items listed below with your ARC Request:
- Paint colors and swatches
- Materials list
- Drawings
- Site plan and a photo of the area where installation will occur
- A Contractor's Certificate of Insurance* (COI) naming Fox Glen Master Association, Inc. as the insured.
Note: If the project is being done by the homeowner, or by a handyman/contractor and the job will cost less than $600, the ARC Committee may waive the requirement for a COI as long as an estimate is submitted indicating the cost.
Remember, you may not proceed with any changes or alterations until written approval is received from the ARC Committee and all conditions are met.
*Certificates of Insurance from the contractor's insurance agent must name and hold harmless Fox Glen Master Association, Inc., its members and representatives, from and against any and all claims, actions, liability and expense, arising from or out of Contractor's services or work including (without limitation) any claims, liability, loss, damage, cost, expense, award, fine or judgment arising by reason of death or bodily injury of persons, injury or damage to property, defects in workmanship or materials, or design defects or arising by reason of the Contractor's negligent act or omission.
